This item allows you to use the in-game command recycle for 1 month. 

Portable Recycler Commands

Command: /recycle
Opens up a recycle UI

Deployable Recycler Commands 

Command: /recyclers
Will print out how many recyclers a player has left to redeem.

Command: /redeemrecycler 
Will spawn a recycler in the player's inventory and deduct a recycler from their redeemable count.

Command: /crecycler
Will pick up the targeted recycler (requires a hammer to be wielded)
